本人出差,误将发票开错,近2个月后电话给了宾馆,酒店人员(王胤红)接听了电话,并进行身份核实,发票核实等等操作,沟通中展现了一个酒店工作者的专业和素养。从电话联系到新发票开具一共花了十几分钟,高效。因为误操作(也有本人自己原因)产生的额外费用也是酒店帮忙承担,十分感谢~ 所以特别感谢酒店人员王胤红,也感谢格林豪泰,如有机会,会再次入住。 祝越来越好--<-<-<@ |
